"Dinosaur Hall" Updates
I was assigned to update all the text panels in the Museum's major Dinosaur Hall exhibit, which were in dire need of a refresh.
MY RESPONSIBILITIES
I chose new colours, typefaces, and panel material to improve legibility within the dark gallery space. Graphic timelines were also added, running along the bottom of panels to help visitors place themselves in the correct geologic time period as they walk along the exhibit path. Specimen labels were colour-coded to coordinate with these timelines.
I designed a variety of new info graphics that elucidate different details of certain specimens.
